Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2026.

1. About IPTV Australia

IPTV Australia (“we”, “us”) provides a premium IPTV streaming subscription service for Australian viewers. By using our service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract under Australian law to subscribe.

3. Subscription and payment

Plans are paid up front for the term you select (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). All prices displayed in US$. Stripe processes payments. We deliver a prepay code by email and WhatsApp; the code activates the subscription in our app.

4. Acceptable use

One subscription = one household. Don’t resell, redistribute, or share your prepay code outside your household. Violations may result in suspension without refund.

6. Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Network outages, ISP issues, and force majeure events are outside our control.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be heard in the courts of NSW.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms — material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
