We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new IPTV Australia subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied, you get your money back — no questions, no hoops.
Eligible for refund
- Within 30 days of your first paid subscription
- Stream quality issues we can’t resolve
- Channels missing that we said were included
- Activation failures we can’t fix
- You’ve simply changed your mind
Not eligible
- Renewals (the 30-day window applies to your first paid term only)
- Account suspensions for code-sharing or resale
- Issues with your own internet connection (our anti-freeze tech requires a stable 10 Mbps+ connection)
How to request a refund
- Email help@catchontv1.email with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your prepay code and the email you used at purchase.
- We respond within 4 hours AEDT/AEST.
- Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
This refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits those rights.
How to request a refund: Email help@catchontv1.email with your order number and the email used at purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You do not need to return anything — the service is simply deactivated on our end.
Refund eligibility: The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals and extensions are non-refundable once the new period begins. If you received a free trial, the trial is not covered by the guarantee (it was free). Account sharing or resale voids the guarantee.
Service interruptions: If the service is down for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure, we extend your subscription by the downtime duration plus one additional day. Report outages to help@catchontv1.email.
